Purpose
Counts working days between two dates, excluding weekends.
Syntax

NETWORKDAYS with Holidays
Suppose holidays are listed in:

Excel excludes weekends and the listed holidays.
WORKDAY
Purpose
Returns a date after a specified number of working days.
Syntax
=WORKDAY(start_date,days,[holidays])
Example
Start Date: 28-Sep-2026
Working Days: 10
=WORKDAY(A2,B2)
Excel returns the date after 10 working days, excluding weekends.
