Explanation

Custom Sort allows you to sort using multiple columns and conditions.

Go to:

Data → Sort

You can add multiple levels.

Example

Suppose you want to:

1. Sort by City A to Z.
2. Within each city, sort by Sales Largest to Smallest.

Sort Settings

Sort By	Order
City	A to Z
Sales	Largest to Smallest

Result:

City	Customer	Sales
Fatehabad	Priya	24000
Hisar	Simran	10000
Hisar	Neha	5000
Sirsa	Rahul	25500
Sirsa	Amit	4000
Sirsa	Amit	4000
