Explanation
Excel can store different types of information such as text, numbers, dates, time, percentages and formulas.
To enter data, select a cell, type the information and press Enter.
You can edit data directly in the cell or through the Formula Bar.
Basic Navigation
- Arrow Keys — Move between cells
- Enter — Confirm entry
- Tab — Move horizontally
- Ctrl + Home — Go to the beginning
- Ctrl + End — Go to the last used area
Editing & Deleting
You can change existing information, clear cell contents or remove formatting.
Undo & Redo
Ctrl + Z — Undo
Ctrl + Y — Redo
