Explanation
A Two-Variable Data Table changes two inputs simultaneously.
Example
A business wants to compare:
- Quantity
- Selling Price

Each cell represents the resulting profit for that combination.
Example
For:
Quantity = 100
Price = ₹500
Excel calculates the corresponding profit.
Steps
- Create the original formula model.
- Place one variable across the top row.
- Place the second variable down the first column.
- Put the result formula in the top-left corner.
- Select the entire table.
- Open Data → What-If Analysis → Data Table.
- Select Row input cell.
- Select Column input cell.
- Click OK.
