MAXIFS

Returns the highest value meeting one or more conditions.

Syntax

=MAXIFS(max_range,criteria_range1,criteria1,…)

Example:

=MAXIFS(C2:C10,B2:B10,”North”)

Returns the highest North-region sales value.

MINIFS

Returns the lowest value meeting one or more conditions.

Syntax

=MINIFS(min_range,criteria_range1,criteria1,…)

Example:

=MINIFS(C2:C10,B2:B10,”North”)

Returns the lowest North-region sales value.
