Explanation

Important components include the File Tab, Ribbon, Tabs, Name Box, Formula Bar, Worksheet Area, Row and Column Headings, Status Bar and Scroll Bars.
An Excel file is called a Workbook. A workbook can contain multiple Worksheets.
