Explanation
The Remove Duplicates command removes repeated records from a selected range or table.
Go to:
Data → Remove Duplicates
Excel allows you to select which columns should be checked for duplicates.

If Order ID is selected as the duplicate-checking column, the second O102 record is removed.
Important
Before removing duplicates:
Always keep a backup or copy of the original data.
