NETWORKDAYS calculates the number of working days between two dates.

Syntax:

=NETWORKDAYS(start_date,end_date,[holidays])

Example

Start Date: 01-Sep-2026
End Date: 30-Sep-2026

=NETWORKDAYS(A2,B2)

Saturday and Sunday are excluded automatically.

With Holidays

=NETWORKDAYS(A2,B2,H2:H4)

This excludes both weekends and the specified holidays.
