Use:
- Text to Columns
- Flash Fill
- Remove Duplicates
Step 3 — Sort
Sort by:
City → Product → Sales
Step 4 — Filter
Display:
City = Sirsa
or
Sales > ₹10,000
Step 5 — Validate
Add drop-down lists for:
- City
- Product Category
- Status
Step 6 — Analyze
Use What-If Analysis tools where appropriate.
Step 7 — Forecast
Use historical sales data to create a Forecast Sheet.
Step 8 — Organize
Use:
- Group
- Outline
- Subtotal
Step 9 — Refresh
When source data changes, refresh the connected/imported data as appropriate.
