Excel can import data from another workbook.

Suppose the source workbook contains:

Sales_September.xlsx

Order ID	Customer	Product	Sales
O101	Amit	Keyboard	4000
O102	Neha	Mouse	5000
O103	Rahul	Monitor	25500

Import Process

Go to:

Data → Get Data → From File → From Excel Workbook

Select the workbook.

Excel can display available sheets and tables from the source workbook.

Source workbook:

Sales_September.xlsx

      ↓

Sales Sheet

      ↓

Power Query

      ↓

Excel Workbook
