Load Data

After transformation, Power Query allows the result to be loaded into Excel.

Common destination:

Worksheet Table

The transformed data can then be used for:

• Formulas
• PivotTables
• Charts
• Reports
• Dashboards

Refresh

If the source data changes, use:

Data → Refresh All

Power Query reruns the query and applies the saved transformation steps to the updated source.

Example

Original source:

Product	Sales
Keyboard	4000
Mouse	5000

New source:

Product	Sales
Keyboard	4500
Mouse	5500
Monitor	25500

After refresh, the query can bring the updated data into Excel using the same transformation process.
