Explanation

After creating scenarios, you can select a scenario and click:

Show

Excel changes the model’s input values to those stored in the selected scenario.

Example

Select:

High Sales → Show

The worksheet automatically displays:

  • Quantity = 150
  • Price = ₹600
  • Cost = ₹300

The Profit formula recalculates automatically.

Important

Scenario Manager changes the input values, while formulas remain in place.

Practice

Show each scenario one by one and record the resulting profit.
