Explanation
You can group related rows together.
Steps
- Select the rows you want to group.
- Go to Data → Group.
- Select Rows if prompted.
- Excel creates an outline.
A − button appears beside the grouped rows.
Clicking − collapses the group.
Clicking + expands it again.
Example

Group these three rows.
The detailed rows can then be collapsed to show a more compact report.
