Go to:

Review → Protect Sheet

You can configure a password and specify which actions users are allowed to perform.

In a Salary Sheet:

Editable:

  • Employee Name
  • Department
  • Basic Salary

Protected:

  • HRA Formula
  • Total Salary Formula
